Questionnaire

  • House size

  • Private or Fc house?

  • What style do you want?(Morden/Wooden/European/etc.)

  • What living areas are needed?（living room/bedroom/etc.）

  • house type： private home or Business premises？for houses that are of business types (i.e. bar/cafe), an additional 30% will be charged

  • Need reference picture

  • Provide as many details as possible

  • Only accept realistic pictures as a reference, not others' ffxiv housing as a reference.

Terms of Commission

I have the right to reject the commission request
for any reason at the time of contact
*I only do one-floor houses.
Means I will use all the furniture on the same floor.
I don't do half the house.
Garden is not included.

If the house is an FC house-- I do not accept requests from other members of the club, and any contact to me regarding the house should be made by the leader.
Entrusted cooperation shall not change the principal
I do not authorize any individual or party to copy my design for any purpose.————————————————————
Make sure this house is 100% yours.
If this house is from your partner/friend/mentor or someone else,
Your relationship broke down and you no longer own the house.
This has nothing to do with me and I am not responsible for it.
and no refunds will be issued.

All furniture in the storeroom is available by default.
If you have furniture that your keep for friends or don't want to use
remember to take them out.

Caution notes for FC house commission
it should be noted that it will be humanly impossible to cater to every fc member that is involved in the commission’s demands.

I will send screenshots of my progress throughout the process;
you are welcome to check on-site,
but please do not stay when I am working on the house as I get nervous!

I offer 3 small modification/revision opportunities
（Example： The vases here are placed on another cabinet.
or put a cup of coffee on the table）
but I will not accept any major modifications or reconstruction.
(Example, tear down the entire TV wall for another/delete this living area for another)

It must be clearly indicated what furniture to replace with what.
instead of "I don't know what I want, but I think you can do better here"

I don't cover the cost of furniture.
Please have enough Gil ready for furniture.
I will refund the extra once the house is done.

I won't ask you to put my name on the message book.
But also please don't say that's your work or some else work.

The basic process of commision:

1. Contact me with your filled questionnaire
2. After discussion and acceptance of the commission,
please pay 40% of a down payment before the start of construction
3. I will send a furniture list and a draft basic floor plan before construction begins
4. I will send out progress in between and you will have your 3 small modifications
5. Acceptance of the final house after completion
6. Please pay the remaining 60% when the house is done <3
Before the house is 50% complete, you can receive a full refund if you want to terminate the project.
No refund after I have completed 50% of the house!
I will dismantle the completed parts after we reached an agreement on terminating the project, regardless of whether a refund is issued.

如果你有朋友寄存的家具或不想使用的家具
记得把它们拿出来

我会在完成一定进度时发送截图
欢迎进房屋检查
但是不要一直站在我旁边监工，会让我很不舒服

我提供三次小的修改
（例如把花瓶放到另一个柜子上，
桌上多摆一杯咖啡）
不接受大修改和重建
（例如删除整个电视墙/整个生活区域，修改全部配色）

“我不知道我要什么，但我觉得你可以做的更好，所以你再改改”

请准备足够的金币用来支付家具
多余的金币我会在完成后退还

但也不要告诉别人这是你自己做的或者是另外设计者做的

基础流程

1.填写问卷，联系我
2.讨论后如果我可以接受委托，我会告诉你排队的时间。
3.排到以后我会发送家具清单和一份基本的平面草图。
4.开工前需支付全款的40%
5.我会在工作中发送进度截图，你拥有三个小的修改机会
6.完成后验收，并支付剩下的60%
在完成50%以前，如果你想终止合作
我会全额退款
在我完成50%以后不会退款
在我们达成终止合作的协议后，我会拆除已经建好的部分
